Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

When purchasing Campervan Modules:

Always remember to make sure that you have ordered the right product and that the dimensions of the ordered campervan module match the minimum measured dimensions of your car/van.
It is not our responsibility to ensure that you order the right product, although we are of course available to provide help and information.
When ordering a Campervan Module, always write down the car make, model and license plate. This way we may be able to help you detect if there is an error before the order is shipped.

Things that do not give the right to a Complaint:
- If the module has splinters and "scratches" in the wood. (This is natural wood the manufacturers work with, and each product is different in that sense).
- Wood grain shape, color or size.
