Payment

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (This may change with our language and currency switch), including VAT and delivery costs.


Offgridconnection accepts various online payment methods (See the bottom of the website for the payment options we have)

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Payment and prepayment of orders

At Offgridconnection, we generally only take payment when your order has been shipped. However, in certain cases – especially for campervan modules – payment may be taken earlier. This is due to the following:

  • Our suppliers require prepayment to produce and ship the item.

  • Our payment system (Shopify Payments) automatically cancels a payment if it is not completed within 7 days. To avoid this and avoid having to charge again, the payment is typically automatically registered after 7 days - even if the item has not yet been shipped.

We clearly inform you about this in the terms and conditions, and it is completely legal under Danish consumer law, as long as it is clearly stated - which we do.


Applies primarily to larger orders

For larger order items, such as campervan modules, payment is most often taken before the item is shipped from the supplier - precisely because the production or reservation of the item requires a guarantee in the form of prepayment.

We have practiced this safely in many orders without any problems – and of course:

You always have the option to cancel your order and get a refund as long as the item has not yet been shipped.


For regular orders

For more common products and stock items, payment is normally deducted:

  • Once the item has been shipped and you have received delivery confirmation

  • Or automatically 7 days after ordering if the order has not yet been shipped

If the payment is not registered within 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled by the system, and in that case we will have to charge the amount again via, for example, an invoice.

We hope you understand this practice – it is solely due to the structure of our production and cooperation with suppliers. As one of the few in Denmark that offers campervan modules and customized outdoor equipment, our processes are a little different than classic webshops – but you are always assured of your right of withdrawal and secure payment.


We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning that the connection is completely secure.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. Warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to us within a "reasonable time" after receipt of the goods. Here, one month (30 days) is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Offgridconnection will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on delivery.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase a product and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we treat your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by offgridconnection. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

Using discount codes

Discount codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted or on sale. Unfortunately, our system does not support an automatic limitation of this, and if a discount code is used improperly in connection with discounted items, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you with a view to correcting the amount.
