Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders to customers within the EU. We don't want to mess around with small print and extra fees; we prefer things to be simple and easy.

Delivery time:

The delivery time for the products varies from 3-7 days, and some products can take several weeks (up to 8 weeks) as they must be specified for the individual customer (e.g. campervan modules)

We always strive to ship your products as quickly as we can. When we have received your order, we will process it as quickly as possible (within 2-4 working days) and send the order to you.

All goods on the website are made-to-order goods and are ordered from an external supplier.

When buying Campervan Modules:

Always remember to make sure that you have ordered the right product and that the dimensions of the ordered campervan module match the smallest measured dimensions of your car/Van.
It is not our responsibility that you order the right product, although we are of course helpful with help and information.
When you order a Campervan Module, always write the car make, car model and number plate. Then we may be able to be helpful in discovering if there is an error before the order is sent.

Delivery time for Campervan modules:

The delivery time for our campervan modules varies from 2 to 8 weeks. This delivery time differs from the rest of our products, as the manufacturer or supplier often first manufactures the product after ordering. This is because all cars have different measurements and the manufacturer wants to ensure that you receive a product that fits your car perfectly.

However, some of our products are designed to fit most cars, which may result in a faster delivery time, but this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and ready for immediate delivery. If your item is on a waiting list or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-approval and contact you via email to see if alternative arrangements can be made. If your items are available for immediate delivery (within 3-7 business days), we will process the payment and begin preparing your order for delivery.

Order Delivery: If your order is in stock and we process the payment on your credit card, it will be delivered within three working days from the date we receive your order in our system. We will send you a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during the order. If you do not receive delivery confirmation from us within four business days of your order, please feel free to contact us at [email address].

International Orders: Please note that our products are made specifically for the market in Denmark. Contact us at Business@offgridconnection.cor for further dialogue and information about international orders.

Damage: Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it on delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept delivery, you must immediately take photos with your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside. If your items arrive damaged, please send photos to Business@offgridconnection.com and visit our Returns page to submit your return request online.
