Easy Return Policy at OffgridConnection
14 Days to return: If you regret your purchase, you can easily return it within 14 days. Write to us at Business@offgridconnection.com with your order number and we will help you further.
Note: There are few items where the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply. If this is the case, it will be stated in the product description of the rewarding product.
What You Need to Know About Returns
- Payment for Returns: You must pay to send the item back yourself.
- Item Must Be Like New: To get your money back, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Refund: When we receive the item back, we will check it and refund your purchase.
If the item is damaged upon receipt
- Please report to us immediately with photos at Business@offgridconnection.com if your item is damaged when you receive it.
- We cover the cost of returning damaged goods.
Cancellation of Order
- Do you want to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra costs.
- If canceled before we send the item, you will receive a full refund. After dispatch, the normal return policy follows.
Extra Info
- Special conditions for certain products will be stated in the product descriptions.
- "Used" products cannot be returned.
- Products purchased for one-time use, such as for fairs, cannot be returned.
